Privacy Policy
In short
We collect only what you type into our forms. We use it to reply to you and send the letter you signed up for. We don't sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising. Effective October 28, 2026.
What we collect

The free tools on this site, the lead spend calculator and the AI sameness checker, run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into them is sent to us.
Analytics
We don't currently run analytics on this site. If we add a privacy-friendly analytics tool, we'll name it here.
Who else handles your information?
- Form and email services. Audit requests and newsletter signups are processed by Cloudflare Email Service and delivered to our Apple iCloud inbox so we can reply and manage signup requests. Newsletter sending is managed separately.
- Hosting. The site is served by our hosting provider, which processes standard web request information such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Audit requests and related emails are kept for up to two years after our last contact, then deleted. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from the letter with the link in any issue.
- Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you: use the free audit form on this site and say your request is about privacy. We'll respond within 30 days.
Do Not Track and cookies
This site doesn't use cookies to track you, and doesn't track you across other websites, so it treats every visitor the way a Do Not Track signal asks.
Children
This site is for businesses. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll also mention it in the monthly letter.
